ENRIQUE'S JOURNEY

I felt that I disagreed with the title because it doesn't make any sense well it kind of does but I don't agree with it because it's called Enrique's journey and half way through the book he basically finishes his journey and is with his mom, it's more about his struggle in life and how he's trying to chase happiness but hey what book doesn't have a main character chasing the same thing .also I don't agree with how on the back of the book it makes it sound like he will do anything just to be reunited with his mom but yet he just keeps on arguing with her when he finally gets there which make me feel like he's acting like ungrateful little brat. I was very confused how in the beginning he left behind everything he had just so he can go and join his mom in America and how did she get over there in the first place because they said that it's harder for girl because they usually have to face rape but yet Enrique couldn't make it by himself I mean because he had to have his mom go and hire a smuggler to cross him over and get him to her.

I enjoyed the book in the beginning because it's filled with a lot of heart break and misunderstanding but yet in a way that give Enrique hope and courage to find his mom. Mostly I enjoyed it when him and his mom were reunited because at first I thought she would have not cared for him because she's haven't seen him in so long.

I Felt that they could have done better around the end because they kind of rush it at the end I mean so many thing went by tour the end they could have definitely slowed it down. They also could have added more quotes because it didn't have many it was kind of mostly based off of what he saw and herd which I thought he would have talked more.

I think I would have liked it more if they would have talked more about his journey and if it had more action . I would suggest this book for those who like realistic type of books but yet I would not suggest it because it get s very annoying the way they just keep Enrique in a circle because e they just keep him getting on a train then just getting kicked off he basically doesn't move for a while just getting on and off.

I would more suggest this type of book to adults because it's not really a type of kid book because it talks about rape drugs and crime mostly I would just suggest it for teens because it's more of in a teen setting with home Enrique's a teen in most of the book but yet not to just any teen the type who will actually sit and read it because at times it gets very boring but you can't just skip a part because your more an likely to end up just getting confused because I know at times I got confused .I wouldn't suggest it for any adult ether because it more relating to teens and not really adults like for example wouldn't it be weird if you find an old lady reading a book about drugs and crimes .
